Bio Statement

How does the menstrual cup work? I used a Diva cup years ago, and it always leaked and never felt comfortable. I can’t wait to be rid of my period for good. As Kay Wheeler prompt us in the period cup guide, the head of a little is supposed to fit in there, so a mini tampon or a folded portion is nothing! Yes, more likely than not, the first trials will be uncomfortable, but I’d attempt better that now than utter disquiet during the “first time.” It took me the whole year to move away from the hated sanitary pads, but I’m ridiculously proud of myself for that achievement. Otherwise, I just leak unmixed past it. Ur quiz suggested diva 2 or Lena 2.

Good luck to you, menstrual cup where to buy Avril! You can do it. Even if you choose to stick with pads, learning more about menstrual cup brands and your body will still be a bonus.
I tried again with a Lunette and this might be a better selection for you (large size) as I have found that stiffer cups (like Lena and Yuuki) are a bit trickier to insinuate and position just right to avoid leaks.
Really aren’t novice cups. It was my first cup, so I was really anxious about biting off the stem, but once I did I couldn’t feel it at all anymore, and it was still easy to get out.

The tiny, flexible period cup is made of silicone or latex rubber. Instead of absorbing your flow, like a tampon or pad, it catches and collects it. Just before your period begins, tightly fold the menstrual cup and insert it like a tampon without an applicator.

Cecilia Peterson asked, How do you remove a period cup? This article will show you how to remove a full Luna Cup for your periods. It will be similar to Lunette, Lena cup, Soft Cup, Diva cups, Mooncup UK.
